Solutie

  • Deschidem Regedit, apasam tasta Windows + R si apasam Enter. Dupa care navigam in urmatoarea cale:  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\
  • adaugam un now DWORD key de 32

Numim DWORDUL “ServicesPipeTimeout” si punem valoare 180000. Salvam modificarile dupa care dam restart.
