How to Open HEIC Files on Windows

Situatie

We have some images as a .heic format that we can’t open in Windows 10.

Solutie

  • First we check if Windows is up to date with updates.
  • After checking this aspect we can now install HEIF Image Extensions.
  • In the Microsoft Store we will look for HEIF Image Extensions

4. We will click on the Get button and wait for it to download and install.

5.Now we will choose to open the image with Photos.
