Situatie
When you try to create a PDF using Adobe PDF Printer or the Convert to Adobe PDF feature from various applications, you receive the following error
Solutie
1. Quit Acrobat if it’s open.
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete on your keyboard, and then click Task Manager.
3. On the Processes tab, click the AcroTray.exe process.
4. Click End Task. You may see a warning message, click Yes to confirm.
5. On the Startup tab, click on AcroTray and then Disable.
