Situatie
When we try to print an email from the Windows 10 Mail application, and then we receive an error.
Solutie
To solve this situation we have several options.
I.We will reset the Mail application. And we will do this by following the steps below:
1. We will look for the Mail application in the search bar:
2.Then we will click on App settings and enter the application settings.
3. In this menu we will click on the Reset button:
4. The window that warns us that all the data in the Mail application will be permanently deleted. If we agree with this and initially saved the data we needed we click on Reset.
II. We will check if the Windows 10 operating system has all the updates updated. And we will do this by following the next steps:
1.We will Click on the Start button and then on the Settins menu
2.In the open window we will go to the bottom of the page at Update & Security
3. The Windows Update window has now opened where we will check if new updates are available.
