Situatie
Instagram folosește un canal de push continuu prin Firebase. Dacă Android suspendă procesul → push-ul NU mai ajunge. Asta e tipic la telefoane cu agresive battery management: Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus (mai vechi).
1. Verifică Standby Buckets
Pași:

Activezi Developer Options (dacă nu le ai deja).

Developer Options → Standby apps / Standby Buckets.
-
Cauți Instagram.
-
Dacă nu e în Active, îl muți acolo.
2. Dezactivezi optimizările ascunse de baterie
Chiar dacă “pare” unrestricted, OEM-ul îl blochează în fundal.
Samsung:

Settings → Apps → Instagram → Battery → Unrestricted

Settings → Apps → Instagram → Mobile Data → Allow background data + Allow data usage while restricted

Settings → Battery → Background usage limits → Scoate Instagram din lista “Sleeping apps”
Xiaomi/Redmi/Poco:

Settings → Apps → Manage apps → Instagram → Battery saver → No restrictions
-
Special Permissions → Autostart → ON
-
În Security App → Battery → App battery saver → No restrictions
OnePlus:
-
Settings → Apps → Special Access → Battery optimization → Instagram → Don’t optimize

Advanced battery → turn off deep optimization
3. Activezi Lock in RAM (la brandurile care permit)
Pe Xiaomi / OnePlus mai vechi / Realme:

Recent apps → ții apăsat pe Instagram → “Lock app”
Asta previne uciderea procesului după 1-2 ore.
Pe Samsung nu mai există oficial, dar există workaround prin Bixby routines.
4. Oprești “Put unused apps to sleep”
Pe Samsung în special, asta omoară Instagram după ~1–3 ore chiar dacă tot îl folosești.
Settings → Battery → Background usage limits → dezactivează Put unused apps to sleep
5. Test simplu ca să confirmi problema (2 minute)
Ca să confirmăm cauza reală (battery management vs bug în Instagram):

Deschizi Instagram.

Minimalizezi.
-
Lași telefonul 1 oră fără să-l atingi.
-
Pui pe server să îți trimită un mesaj (DM de la alt cont).
-
Dacă notificarea nu vine → telefonul a suspendat procesul.

Dacă vine → problema e de rețea/Instagram (mai rar).
