Situatie
No matter how many time you download a file the download fails.You turn off the firewall, update the browser and nothing works.
Solutie
1.Windows key + r to open the run command and type regedit then press enter.
2.Follow this path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENT VERSION\POLICIES\ATTACHMENTS
3.In the ATTACHMENTS location you will find a key called ScanWithAntiVirus. Right click it and select “Modify “to change the value from whatever its set on to 1.
4.Restart the browser and you should be able to download files again.
