Situatie
You want to modify or delete a file saved on your OneDrive but you are stopped by this error.
Solutie
1.Go to your one drive icon and click it.A pop up OneDrive window will come up.Select settings next and another window will open.
2.Disable files on demand and click ok.
3.Run cmd as admin and run the following command by copy pasting it.
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
4.Re-enable the files on demand setting in the OneDrive settings.
