There are a few ways to disable the microphone in Windows 10 from different settings locations, one of them is from Recordin Devices, here’s how:
Solutie
Accessing the Recording Devices properties will take you no more than five seconds.
Right-click on the Speaker icon in the System tray. Choose Recording devices.
Right click on Microphone and select Disable.
You can follow the same steps to Enable it again.
