How to enable/disable windows password expiration

1.Press win+E

2.Right-click on “This PC”

3.Click “Manage”

4.Navigate to System Tools\Local Users and Groups\Users

5.Double-click on the user

6.Select the box “Password never expires” if you want to disable password expiration and press OK.

If you want to enable password expiration clear the box of “Password never expires“, press OK and follow the next steps
7.Press win+R

8.Go to gpedit.msc

9.Navigate to Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Password Policy

10.On the right panel double-click on the “Maximum password age” and “Minimum password age” to change the password expiration time

11.Click OK

12.Restart the computer
