1.Open TaskManager and search for Windows Explorer

2.Restart Windows Explorer

If this will not fix the icon, follow the steps:

1.Open Run

2.Write rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll

3.Safely remove hardware will open

4.Click on Stop and Ok

5.Restart the computer.
