When you need Windows notifications to appear for more than a few seconds, you can follow the procedure below to set a longer notification time.

1.Press Windows+I shortcut to access the settings window and select the Accessibility tab.

2.Select the Visual Effects tab.

3.Select the drop-down list from Dismiss notifications after this amount of time and choose your desired interval.
