Where the “cheap” caveats come in / what to check:

Build quality: On a budget laptop you may get more plastic chassis, less premium materials, weaker hinge strength or thinner cooling.
Display quality: Even though it’s Full HD, details such as brightness, colour gamut, contrast may be weaker than higher-end laptops. If you do professional photo/video work, this might be a limitation.
