For HTTPS (TLS) on the Listener
Azure Portal steps:

  • Go to Application Gateway
  • Select Listeners
  • Create a new listener or edit an existing one
  • Set Protocol = HTTPS
  • Under Certificate
  • Choose Upload a new certificate
  • Upload the .pfx file
  • Enter the PFX password
  • Save.
