Celula din Excel nu se misca cand apasam pe sageti

Sagetile de sus si jos din excel muta pagina in loc sa mute celula.

Cand functia scrol lock este activa, apasand una dintre sagetile tastaturii cauzeaza mutarea intregului spreadsheet in acea directie, in loc sa mute in urmatoarea celula.Desi este util pentru utilizatorii care vizualizeaza un worksheet mare, este enervant pentru care nu doresc sa se intample asta.
