Use the following steps to change the account type from “standard” to “administrator”:

Open Settings.

Click on Accounts.

Click on Family & other people.

Under the “Other users” section, select the user account.

Click the Change account type button.

Use the “Account type” drop-down menu and select the Administrator option.
