Close Microsoft Teams.
Open Start.
Search for Command Prompt, right-click the top result, and select the Run as administrator option.
Type the following command to clear the Microsoft Teams client cache and press Enter:
rmdir /q /s %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
Reopen Microsoft Teams.
