Charge Your Phone
If you are seeing the message Flash is disabled. The iPhone battery is low and needs to be charged before you can use the flash. Your phone’s battery is running low, and you cannot use the flash. Charge your phone and it should be working
Restart Your iPhone
Restarting your iPhone can resolve minor software glitches that may be preventing you from using the flash. If it was a software glitch causing the issue, it should be fixed now.
Let Your Phone Cool Down
If you see the message Flash is Disabled. The iPhone needs to cool down before you can use the flash, you know the reason.Your phone has become too hot and using the flash in that condition will only cause further heating and damage to your phone’s hardware..Just leave your phone and let it cool down.
Turn Off Do Not Disturb
If you have turned on the ‘Do Not Disturb’ feature on your iPhone 14/14 Pro, it may be the cause. Pull down the Control Center by swiping from the top right corner of your phone’s home screen and then tap on the ‘Do Not Disturb’ icon to turn it off. It should turn grey when turned off.
