We’re sorry, something went wrong. Please try again” on Instagram while browsing Reels. There are some reasons for this issue, one being app cache data. Other reasons could be a network issue or sometimes software-related issues.
Solutie
1. Go to Settings and then select “Apps and Notifications”.
2. Now, tap on All Apps and select “Instagram”.
3. On the app info page, tap on “Storage & cache”.
4. On the next page, tap on “Clear Cache”.
That’s it, now restart the app and the problem is solved.
