1. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.

2. Type cmd and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run the Command Prompt as administrator.

3. In the Command Prompt, type the commands one after the other and hit Enter after each to execute them.

regsvr32 jscript
regsvr32 vbscript

4. Close the Command Prompt.

Restart your computer.
After startup, check if the Blank Security at a Glance screen problem in Windows Security is resolved.
