1. Open Veeam Explorer for SQL Server

  • Launch Veeam Backup & Replication

  • Navigate to “Home” > “Application Items” > “Microsoft SQL Server”

  • Select “Restore Point” from a backup containing the database transaction logs.

2. Select the Database Backup

  • In the Veeam Explorer window, browse to your SQL Server instance

  • Select the database you want to restore

  • Choose a full database backup as the baseline for restoring transaction logs.

3. Restore Transaction Log Backup

  • Right-click on the database and choose “Restore to SQL Server”

  • In the restore wizard, select “Point-in-Time Recovery”

  • If needed, select a specific timestamp to restore using the transaction logs

  • Click “Apply” to start the restore process.
