The Fossil Hybrid Gen 6 smartwatch has an all-new dashboard and a redesigned interface. You can quickly open apps from the home screen, including a quick shortcut for the Alexa voice assistant. Unfortunately, Alexa can only answer via text, not voice, as there’s no speaker onboard.
Solutie
Step 1: Open the Fossil Smartwatches app on your iPhone or Android smartphone.
Step 2: Under Updates on the home screen, click the Alexa banner.
Step 3: Click on Get Started.
Step 4: Hit Continue and sign in with your Amazon account if not already.
Step 5: Follow on-screen instructions and allow Fossil to access your Alexa voice services when prompted.
Step 6: Furthermore, check the boxes to allow Alexa Skill by Fossil to access the data in your Fossil account.
Step 7: Tap Continue. Alexa is now successfully set up on your Fossil smartwatch.
Once set up, you can quickly launch Alexa on your Fossil smartwatch by tapping the Top button. It can be customized in pusher options. However, you can also launch it using the steps below:
Step 1: Press the Middle button to open the apps menu on your Fossil Hybrid smartwatch.
Step 2: Tap the Top button to navigate to Alexa.
Step 3: Tap the Middle button to activate Alexa’s listening mode.
You can now give voice commands or ask your queries.
