Solutia este foarte simpla.

Se deschide Registry Editor si se acceseaza :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesVSSVssAccessControl

Aici vei gasi NT AUTHORITYNETWORK SERVICE

Acesta trebuie sa aiba valoarea 1 .

Se reporneste serviciul pentru NPS.

Observatie :

In cazul in care NT AUTHORITYNETWORK SERVICE  nu exista, acesta trebuie creat ( New – DWORD32 ).
