Follow the next steps to fix Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization when trying to Choose where to get apps in Apps & features.

Solutie

1. Open Registry Editor and go to the next path:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender\SmartScreen

2. Select the two: ConfigureAppInstallControl, ConfigureAppInstallControlEnabled and delete them.

3. For the settings to be applied, restart the computer or the explorer.exe task.
