Am schimbat cartusul negru cu unul nou, original si nu mai functioneaza ca inainte. Imi afiseaza acel E de eroare si ledurile de la cartuse pulseaza tot timpul. Dupa a 2-a reinstalare cu ultima versiune de drivere de pe site, tot la fel arata. Doar ca acum ma lasa sa dau print din Word (ex: recunoaste nivelul de cerneala din catus, insa tot nu merge functia de xerox- pe care o folosesc cel mai des). Nu functioneaza nici conectata, nici independent. Inauntru tot e functional, nimic blocat.

Ca si fapt divers, alimentatorul e posibil sa aiba un scurt in cablu. Imi alimenteaza imprimanta doar cand e tinut intr-o anumita pozitie.
