To solve this connection problem in Teams, try the following methods:

Task manager->end task->restart App
Settings->Apps->Installed apps->Advanced options->Repair
On the keyboard, press Windows+R->type “%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams”, then you need to delete the contents of the entire folder.
Reinstall Teams.
