Regular Google Drive storage cleanup is essential to maintain organization, optimize space, and ensure easy access to important files.

Manual Deletion

For Google Drive:
- Open Google Drive.
- Navigate to the file or folder you want to delete.
- Right-click and select “Remove”. The file will be moved to the trash.
For Shared Drives:
- Open the shared drive.
- Navigate to the file or folder you want to delete.
- Right-click and select “Remove”.

Using the Google Drive Interface

For Bulk Deletion
Use the search bar to filter files by type, owner, or last modified date.
Select multiple files using Ctrl (Cmd on Mac) + click, and then delete them in bulk.
