Access the Control Panel:

• Locate the control panel on your Xerox printer. It’s typically a touchscreen display or a panel with buttons.

Login:

• Look for the “Login” button on the control panel. Touch or press it.

Enter Username and Password:

• Username: By default, the username is typically “admin“.
• Password: There are two common default passwords:
  • 1111 (four ones)
  • The printer’s serial number (located on a sticker on the back or inside the printer)

*It’s highly recommended to change the default password for security reasons.

Logging In:

• Once you enter the username and password, touch or press “OK”.

Confirmation:

• If the credentials are correct, you should see a confirmation message indicating you’ve entered admin mode. The interface might change to display additional options.
