Situatie
Se acceseaza consola de management pentru exchange 2010, dar aceasta nu se deschide si se primeste o eroare similara:
The WS-Management service cannot process the request. The system load quota of 1000 requests per 2 seconds has been exceeded. Send future requests at a slower rate or raise the quota for this user. The next request from this user will not be approved for at least X milliseconds.
Solutie
O solutie este de a deschide cmd cu drepturi de administrator si apoi se da comanda IISRESET /restart dupa care se deschide din nou consola de management, astfel problema a fost rezolvata.
