We need to change panel size view in Total Commander.
We will follow the steps bellow.

Pasi de urmat
In Total Commander utility right click on the middle bar (between the panels) when the double arrow appears:
A new menu will appear and we can select the desired proportion – in our case 70/30 (70% in left panel and 30% in right panel):
We will now have the new panel setup:
In order to redo the changes we can right click on the bar between panel and select 50/50:
