Situatie
The error – “DiskPart has encountered an error: Access is denied” – tends to appear when you use the DiskPart clean or format command to clear a USB drive. It is said that this error usually caused by the write-protection.
Solutie
Pasi de urmat
- Press Win + R to open the Run window. Type regedit in the text box and hit Enter.
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Services > USBSTOR. Find and double-click on the Start option in the right panel.
Change the Value data into 3 and click OK to save the change.
Reboot the device to apply the changes.
