Solutie
- Search for settings in the windows search box
- Select Network & Internet from the settings window
- Click on the Status tab from the left pane
- Scroll down and find the Network Reset
Click on that option and follow the on-screen instructions. Restart your computer after that and download the desired files without any more trouble.
