Youtube has a restricted mode that can sometimes block comments on Youtube videos.

• Open YouTube in the  browser.
• Click on the account icon on the top left corner and click “Restricted Mode“.

• Click on “Settings” on the left pane.
• In the Settings window go to the “Community” from the left pane, then go to the “Defaults” tab.

• Now select “Allow all comments” and click “Save“.
• Reload the YouTube page once. Check your videos from other accounts. The comments should start to show up again.

• Go to Youtube and click on your profile icon on the top right corner.
• Go to “Youtube Studio“.

• Go to “Settings” once more.
• Click “Channel” on the left pane.
• Go to the “Advanced settings” tab. Set the “No, set the channel as no made for kids, I never upload content that’s made for kids“.

Aside from these solutions, you can try the following:

• Disable or remove any Youtube extension.
• Refresh the YouTue webpage;
• Check whether YouTube is down
• Make sure you are logged in Youtube.
• Try another web browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox.
