Few steps to follow:

1.Click on your start button and type “Account control”

2.Tick the last case”never notify”, it will stop asking you for permission everytime you try to open/run a program.

How to give yourself administrator rights.

1.Go to control panel

2.”User accounts”

3.User accounts again

4.Go to “change your account type

5.Tick the “administrator”box.
