When sending invitations to multiple guests, it can be frustrating to receive their replies one by one in the email inbox. It’s much more convenient to see attendance statuses—like green checkmarks for those attending and red crosses for those not—directly in the calendar. To disable email notifications for event responses, follow these steps:

Open the Settings in Google Calendar.

Navigate to Settings for my calendars and select the desired calendar.

In the Other notifications section, choose None under Event responses.

Save the changes.
