How to save searches in BMC Remedy

Run a search.
From the toolbar, select Searches > Save Search.
The Save or Redefine Search dialog box appears.
In the Search Name field, enter a name for the search, or select one from the list of existing saved searches.
This is the name that will appear in the saved search list. If the name you enter already exists, the search criteria under the existing name will be overwritten.
Click OK.
