If you’re experiencing issues with your Amazon Fire TV apps, clearing the cache can be a solution.
Solutie
To start the app cache removal process, press the Home button on your Amazon Fire TV remote to open the device’s main screen.
On the main screen, select the “Settings” option (a gear icon).
In the “Settings” menu, select “Applications.”
From the options on the “Applications” page, choose “Manage Installed Applications.”
You will now see a list of apps you have installed on your Fire TV device. Here, select the app in which you are experiencing problems. You will clear this selected app’s cache.
On the app’s page that opens, select “Clear Cache.”
Your selected app’s cache files are successfully removed. To clear other apps’ cache, repeat the above process for each app, and you will be all set.
If your app continues to experience problems even after clearing the cache, consider clearing the app’s data by selecting the “Clear Data” option. Be warned, though, that this completely resets the app; you will lose things like account logins and parental controls.
