In order to perform a Clean Boot follow the next steps.

Press the Windows + R keys together to open the Run window and type msconfig in the run command box, then press enter and select yes when prompted by User Account Control for permissions.

• In the System Configuration window open the Services tab.
• Click on the Hide all Microsoft services checkbox, then click on the Disable all button to the left.
• Click on Apply and then on OK to save the changes.
• You will now receive a prompt to restart the system, click on Restart.

• Press the Windows + R keys together to open the Run window.
• Write taskmgr then click the OK button.
• Go to the Startup tab and right click on the programs shown then click on Disable.
• Once all programs are disabled close the Task Manager and restart the computer.

In the windows search bar write Cmd and select Run as administrator. If a user account control window will appear, click on yes.

• Write the following line in the command prompt then press enter:

ipconfig/release

• Write the following line in the command prompt then press enter:

ipconfig/renew

After the command is finished, you may close the Command prompt window.
