To take a screenshot from YouTube videos, follow these steps:

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Open YouTube in the browser and play the video you want
3. Pause the video at the exact frame you want to save
4. Click the “Control your music, videos, and more” button in the top-right corner
5. Click the “Save video frame” button in the media controls panel.at the top right , near the account and 3 dot settings menu
6. Choose a location, enter a filename, and click the Save button.
Once you complete the steps, Chrome saves the video frame as a PNG image. You can open the file in Photos or another compatible image editor on Windows 11.
Unlike a regular screen capture, this method saves the video frame itself, not the entire browser window. The image can retain the video’s resolution, making it useful when you need a clear screenshot without the YouTube playback controls or other elements on the screen.
