Situatie

Se incearca efectuarea de update pe Windows 10 si apare eroarea: “Some apps need to be uninstalled. These programs need to be uninstalled because they aren’t compatible with the upgrade: Infineon TPM Professional Package”.

Solutie

Pasi de urmat

Se descarca programul Everything de pe site-ul https://www.voidtools.com/

Se cauta Infineon si se sterg toate rezultatele gasite.

Se sterge folderul SWSETUPProtectToolsEmbedded.

Se da refresh, si Update-ul se va instala.
