Rezolvare problema (Fix IT)

Situatie

Dorim sa stergem o adresa de mail din Outlook. Afiseaza urmatoarea eroare cand efectuam Remove:

Simptome

Backup

Salvati ost-ul. *****@****.ro.ost (***** reprezentand adresa dvs de e-mail iar .ost este formatul.) locatia fiind C:Users(numele Userului)AppDataLocalMicrosoftOutlook

Solutie

Pasi de urmat

Click pe File si selectam contul bun din Account Information:

Click pe Account Settings:

Selectam contul de mail pe care dorim sa-l stergem si apoi dam click pe Remove:

Click Yes iar contul va disparea:

Contul a fost sters:
