Access has been blocked by Conditional Access policies. Practic, autentificarea este blocată deoarece dispozitivul sau utilizatorul nu îndeplinește cerințele unei politici de securitate.
Pași de remediere
1. Verifică Sign-in Logs în Entra ID
În: Microsoft Entra Admin Center → Sign-in logs
Caută autentificarea eșuată și verifică:
Ce politică a blocat accesul
Care condiție nu este îndeplinită
2. Verifică dacă dispozitivul este compliant
În: Intune Admin Center → Devices → All devices
Verifică:
Compliance status = Compliant
Dacă nu, vezi ce politică eșuează
3. Verifică politica de Conditional Access
În: Entra ID → Protection → Conditional Access
Caută politica activă și verifică:
Grant controls (Require compliant device?)
MFA required?
Device platform restrictions?
4. Reînrolează dispozitivul
Pe dispozitiv:
Settings → Accounts → Access work or school
Disconnect contul
Repornește
Conectează-l din nou
5. Verifică MFA
Dacă politica cere MFA:
Confirmă că utilizatorul are configurat MFA
Testează autentificarea manual.
