Hold down the Windows key and press R, then type appwiz.cpl and press Enter.
2.Locate and select Firefox.
3.Follow the on-screen instructions after clicking Uninstall. Note: If the uninstaller prompts you to choose whether or not to remove personal files, do not do so. Make certain that you do not delete your Firefox profile, bookmarks, or other personal files.
4.After the program has been uninstalled. Hold down the Windows key and press E. In the address bar, type C:Program Files and press Enter. Delete the Mozilla Firefox folder.
5.Enter C:Program Files (x86) in the address bar to delete your Mozilla Firefox folder.
6.Now, restart.
7.After rebooting the system, go here to download a fresh copy of Firefox.
8,Install the most recent version of Firefox by running the downloaded file, and you should be good to go.
