Force Restart Your iPhone
If there is any software glitch that is causing the touch screen to malfunction, rebooting your iPhone can fix the issue.Here are the steps that you must follow to restart your iPhone:
- Press and release the Volume Up button.
- Next, immediately press and release the Volume Down button.
- Now, press and hold the Side button on the right side of the phone.

Disconnect USB-C Accessories & Lightning Cable
