On Windows 11 (and 10), you have a few ways to install the official app for ChatGPT (preview). You can use the Microsoft Store app, you can use the Command Prompt with the Windows Package Manager tool, or you can install the app using the Dev Home app.

1. Open the ChatGPT app download page
2. Click the “View in Store” button
3. Click the Get (or Install) button from the Microsoft Store
To install the chatbot from OpenAI on Windows with commands, use these steps:
1. Open Start. Search for Command Prompt (PowerShell or Terminal), right-click the top result, and choose the Run as administrator option.
2. Type the following command to install the ChatGPT app and press Enter: winget install –id 9nt1r1c2hh7j
To install the ChatGPT app using Dev Home, use these steps:
1. Open Dev Home.Click on Machine configuration.Click the Install applications setting.
2. Search for 9nt1r1c2hh7j in the search box.
3. Click the plus (+) button.Click the Next button.Check the “I agree and want to continue” option.Click the Set up button.
After you complete the steps, the official app to access ChatGPT from OpenAI will be installed on your computer.
