Situatie
Problem: You need to identify all connected devices (printers, smart devices, other PCs) and their assigned local IP addresses, but you don’t have access to the router’s admin panel and cannot or do not want to install external utilities like Angry IP Scanner.

Solution (Single PowerShell One-Liner):
Open PowerShell and run the following command, which sends a rapid light ping across the subnet and outputs the filtered ARP table:
PowerShell
1..254 | ForEach-Object { Test-Connection -ComputerName "192.168.1.$_" -Count 1 -Quiet -BufferSize 16 } ; Get-NetNeighbor -AddressFamily IPv4 | Where-Object State -ne "Unreachable" | Select-Object IPAddress, LinkLayerAddress(Note: Replace
192.168.1.with your actual subnet range if different, e.g.,192.168.0.) -
Efect: Within seconds, you get a clean, structured table displaying every active IP alongside its corresponding MAC address (LinkLayerAddress) directly in the terminal.
