To use Context Menus in ServiceNow List Views

Navigate to any list of records (e.g., Incident, User, CI)

Right-click on any column header in the list

Select one of the following options:

  • “Show Matching”
  • “Filter Out”
  • “Group By”
  • “Sort (A to Z)” or “Sort (Z to A)”
  • “Configure” (for admins/developers)
  • “Export”
  • “Create Bar Chart” or “Create Pie Chart”.
