Navigate to any list of records (e.g., Incident, User, CI)
Right-click on any column header in the list
Select one of the following options:
- “Show Matching”
- “Filter Out”
- “Group By”
- “Sort (A to Z)” or “Sort (Z to A)”
- “Configure” (for admins/developers)
- “Export”
- “Create Bar Chart” or “Create Pie Chart”.
