Follow these steps:

Press the windows and R keys to open the Run window.
Type cmd and press ctrl + shift + enter to open the command prompt with administrator rights \ You copy the paste to this command: REG ADD HKLM \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run / v ctfmon / t REG_SZ / d CTFMON.EXE
Restart the PC and the problem is solved.
