This error occurs when the computer encounters a problem while extracting the downloaded file prior to installing the software. There are several possible causes of this issue:
Backup
Windows 10 Users – If you’re using Microsoft Edge, try using a different web browser to download the software.
You may not have sufficient permission for the account that you’re logged into. Try logging in as an Administrator or right-click on the downloaded file and then left-click on Run as administrator. You may be prompted for the administrator password.
