DND or Do Not Disturb is a useful feature to prevent disturbance when studying or working. Once enabled, DND blocks the notification alerts on your smartwatch without disconnecting it from the phone.
Solutie
Fitbit smartwatches and bands come with Fitbit OS.
Step 1: Swipe down on the band’s home screen.
Step 2: Scroll up and click on DND MODE. It will be enabled.
Alternatively, you can also go to QUIET MODES in the band’s settings to enable DND. It also has an EXERCISE FOCUS mode which turns off all the notifications when you are using the exercise app.
