In mod implicit, toate browserele Web va permit sa verificati lista site-urilor web vizitate anterior, dar doar cateva permit contorizarea vizitelor pe fiecare site. Browsere precum Firefox accepta aceasta functie in mod nativ, la sectiunea istoricului site-urilor accesate, in timp ce altele precum Chrome pot aduce aceasta functionalitate printr-o extensie.
